Yes, you can make purchases as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your shipping information, track your orders, and access exclusive offers.

Heymish Handicrafts uses hosted payment fields for handling all payment data, so the cardholder will enter all their sensitive payment information in a form that originates directly from our partner’s PCI-DSS validated servers. This means the information is not directly stored on our site.

Yes, you can apply a coupon code during the checkout process. Simply enter the code in the designated field.

If your payment fails, you will be notified and given the option to try again or choose a different payment method. Please ensure that your payment information is correct and that you have sufficient funds in your account.

Order Returns

A majority of the products offered by Heymish Handicrafts are printed  on demand. This means that products are produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we do offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team via e-mail at

and provide details of the issue. Please include clear photos showing the issue as well.

Please note that we will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, we are happy to offer either a reprint or a partial refund.

To return an item, please follow the instructions provided in your return processing email. You will need to include a copy of the order invoice and the item in its original condition.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and tracking.

No return processing will begin until the item has been entered into our system as received.

We do not offer exchanges on our products, but are happy to offer reprints or refunds due to a manufacturing error or failed delivery.
